Manchester Medical Center Foundation (MMCF) is a community-based non-profit organization that focuses on the health, safety, and wellness of Southern Vermont.
The mission of MMCF is to address the challenges around healthcare, healthcare education, healthcare access, community safety, and personal wellness.
The goal of MMCF is for every member of our community to have access to the healthcare they need.
MMCF will work with our neighbors, families, and friends on the challenges we face and together create solutions to keep our communities healthy, safe, and thriving.
